The SAMP funded project ‘Pocket Guide to Environmental Legislation (England
and Wales) for SME Aggregate Companies’, produced by the Environment
Practice and the North East Centre for Environmental Science and Industry
(NECESI) has now been completed. The pocket guide has been designed to
provide a quick reference summary of the requirements of the key pieces of
environmental legislation likely to effect SME aggregates companies
